IIMPACT Australia is a Public Benevolent Institution (ABN 74 468 172 781) registered with the Australian Charities & Not-for-profits Commission and endorsed as a Deductible Gift Recipient. We respect and protect the privacy of our users. The purpose of this online service is to provide you with information about IIMPACT Australia, our fund-raising activities and service delivery activities of our partners, including IIMPACT India. We also collect membership fees and donations via this service. We require personal information to satisfy our regulatory and payment processing requirements.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

Contact forms

If you contact us to apply for membership of IIMPACT Australia, we will collect the identifying information you provide, such as a name and address and the email address you nominate or phone number.

Membership Fees & Donations

If you choose to make a payment towards membership fees or a donation, you will need to give payment details, such as credit card or bank account details, to our payment processors Stripe Australia and PayPal Australia; we do not collect nor store such financial information. Any payments from your bank account are made via your own bank’s online banking site and we do not receive nor store your financial information.

Please do not give us other personal or sensitive information.

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
