IIMPACT Australia collects donations as a registered charity in Australia. We are regulated by the ACNC and all donations are tax deductible in Australia.
We deliver educational services in India via Learning Centres managed by our partner, IIMPACT India and their selected NGOs across the country. IIMPACT India identifies rural areas with significant gender gaps in literacy. Via partner NGOs, they engage with the village community to secure their commitment – to support girl children attendance and to provide a physical facility that meets safety and educational requirements. IIMPACT India has developed the educational curriculum, teacher recruitment and training programs and services delivery methodology as well as outcome management systems. They are accountable to us for delivery of services to Learning Centres sponsored by our Australian donors and provide a quarterly report.
Each Learning Centre educates 30 girl children between the ages of 6 -14, in a safe and trusted faculty close to their homes. With over 15 years of experience in delivering outcomes, iimpact India is 90% funded by Indian corporate sponsors and charitable foundations. Over 1,500 Learning Centres are now operational and 100,000 girl children have been educated since 2003.
